Oils and oil crayons on paper, 2011.

Just a quick painting. Practice with skin colours.
Alberto Contador, Spanish cyclist, won the Tour de France three times but is currently suspected of being doped during his last win. Well, what can I say.. as a loyal fan I just hope he is proven innocent soon, can keep his title and get back to racing as soon as possible for team Saxo Bank.

I thought you were referring to the whole doping suspicion thing.
But you mean when he slapped a fan that came too close on a climb?

don't get me wrong, it was totally justified, but it was more than a slap and he wasn't a fan. I was talking about this [link] *commentary is in french*

about CONTADOR! well the problem was about the meat he eat that way... come on, he wouldn't dope himself, and if he does, he wouldn't use such a wierd thing!

about YOUR DRAW! welll, it is... AWESOME!... At this moment, at school I am working with oil crayons too! it is hard to draw in a realistic draw with it, because it doesn't provide much precision... but i is awesome... which size of page have you used?

I don't think he was doped either. It could have very well been the steak, and the quantity of clenbutorol was waaaaay to low to get any effect from it anyway...

Thanks so much! Yes I know it's hard to get details with those crayons. I got the details by adding oil paint and mixing the crayon and paint on paper (with turpentine) with a very small brush. The size of the paper is about.. a little bigger than A4, I think.
Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it! :)
